Let's get this party started...Planning has never been easier, reserve your party today, make one of a kind memories cuddling a baby goat! You can rent our beautiful 40' x 5o fully lighted (for night time parties) pavilion out for private parties. There is a convenient concrete driveway for easy unloading into the pavilion. A large screen TV and music is coming in the future, for now we have full electricity, for all of your music needs. We will soon have a full-size kitchen for you to use as well, pricing for that will be determined in the future.
Rent the entire pavilion ~ $175 an hour for the first two hours, and $50 each additional hour. A half an hour set up is allowed prior to party start time, and a half an hour clean up/ load allowed, over and above the allotted party time. It comes with 7 round powder coated, black metal picnic tables, seats 56, (more tables available if needed), two long white tables for gifts and food, just bring the decorations! It includes 2 private air-conditioned bathrooms, Ceiling fans, refrigerator, freezer, all the free ice you can use ~
You get a discounted rate for the cuddling/petting zoo side: $5 a person (normally $10), 45 minutes of private cuddle time, you get to go into the stalls and sit on a stool for one on one baby goat cuddling (normally we hand you the goats). After having your private baby goat cuddling session, you have the whole petting zoo side to walk around and spend time with all the animals, we have Llamas (we give you brushes to brush their wool), Donkeys (we give you carrots to feed them), Emus (we provide treats you can feed them), Nigerian Dwarfs, teenager goats to feed treats to, and a scarlet macaw we will stage on your arm for cool macaw pictures!
We have trolley rides on the 64 acres to see the angus beef herd, hogs, ponds, ducks, chickens for an additional $35, we can take up to 27-30 at a time, depending on size, takes about 20 minutes, (trolley rides can only be scheduled when we are not doing a tour~ tours given at 10:30 and 2:00 pm, and the trolley portion of the tour last about 45 minutes). You get a 10% discount on all ice cream, and fudge. Each family gets their own goodie bag, with free soap samples, literature and a magnet.
Rent a portion of the pavilion ~ $125 an hour, and $50 each additional hour. Included is one private air-conditioned bathroom, 4 round coated metal picnic tables (seats 32), 2 long white tables for gifts and food, same discounted rate for the cuddle/petting zoo side as renting the full pavilion, $5 a person, the same food discount and goodie bags for your guests.
2 hour minimum rental is required
Availability: Birthday parties are available Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM, we give you a half an hour prior to the party to set up/decorate and a half an hour after the party to break down/load. Booking: Birthday parties must be booked at least (2) weeks in advance of your desired party date. Payment in full is required to reserve your date and time. Your date does not go on our birthday party calendar until we receive payment.
Cancellation policy: if you provide Harmony Lane Farm and Creamery written notice of cancellation 15 or more days prior to the party date (firstname.lastname@example.org) the fee paid minus $25 cancellation fee, shall be refunded. If you cancel 8-14 days before the scheduled date, the cancellation fee is 50%. If canceled less than 8 days before the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling at the host's request, is considered a cancellation and will incur the same fees.
Weather: events are rain or shine, our pavilion is covered, and the baby goat nursery is fully enclosed. Refunds will not be given for weather-related cancellations
Decorations: Host may set-up and decorate 30 minutes prior to the party start time. Decorations may not be stapled to pavilion structure, confetti, pinatas, silly string are prohibited. Helium balloons are allowed if closely monitored, and not allowed on the petting zoo side. In lieu of balloons consider bubbles, dancer streamers, or pinwheels for more of an environment friendly idea.
Food and Drink: Hosts are allowed to bring outside food and alcoholic drinks. All food and drink must stay in the pavilion. We give you as much ice as you need, and have a refrigerator and freezer for you to use.
Clean-up: Cleanup must be completed a half an hour after the party ends, and we cannot accommodate time extensions. Please leave the pavilion and the restrooms as you found them, we have two large trash cans and extra trash bags, kindly pick up after yourself, we will take the trash bags to the dump for you.
