Description

This is a heart-warming story about Miss Garnet, a brave doeling goat.  She moves to a new farm to help heal the heart of Mr. Checkers, a lonely miniature horse.  This is a short book with large, colorful illustrations on every page.  This is appropriate as a first book to read to children and for lower elementary readers.
